These three case studies investigate a service, a product and an institution that are well positioned for growth in an emerging economy.
My redesign work engages customers inviting them to interact with newly designed products and services by enhancing the customer’s visual experience, and providing access to valuable information that reflects the mission and values of each business. I came into this program very invested in behavioral change communication. This project has enabled me to build upon my previous experiences and use design as an agent of change. The three case studies are displayed from protruding platforms. The three identities fit together to form one project.
